Farts and New Car Smell

My wife asked me if I farted in the car yet the 2nd day I had it.. I've had the car for almost 4 mos and haven't farted in it yet lol

I have passed over this thread for a few days now and could no longer restrain myself.
I voted a few weeks.(You have to at least try for the first few weeks.)

I would have voted to hold off as long as possible but sometimes you just cant help it. Id rather lose a friend, than a gut.

I never farted in my last car a 2008 mazdaspeed3 that I sold in october last year in anticipation of getting the 2015 GT i currently have. I even lift my ass off the seat in my 91 nissan winter beater

Well, I wasn't ever going to fart in it if I could help it, but Wifey had different plans. The first time I let her drive it, she ripped a big, nasty one on the way back home. I was speechless...., mostly from the deviled egg smell. I eventually got over my anger after the new car smell returned the next day... Eh, maybe it wasn't her fault? Maybe the Stang scared the poo outa her?

I love waiting til my friends in the car, start up the entrance ramp to the interstate, lock the windows, crank up the heat, and let the rancid smell of two month old rotten egg fart explode into the car. Can't do it too often though, people tend to catch on. Plus it's gets old replacing tint on the window from the scratch marks...

So plastic wrapped factory worker farts are ok but unloader farts would bother you?

To clarify, if there was any farting going on in my mustang before I got it, I am thankfull it was on plastic wrap, factory workers or unloaders.

For me, it depends on whether you have leather or fabric trim.
With fabric, never but with leather its okat after a few months but only if you left one arse cheek
