The good stuff

In AZ we generally get flex fuel which is typically e54. Even that is not widely available. Only a couple true e85 spots in the Phoenix metro area.E54???????
Are you on the E85 group for AZ on Facebook? Lots of true e85 spots. I only know a couple e54 spots. In AZ we generally get flex fuel which is typically e54. Even that is not widely available. Only a couple true e85 spots in the Phoenix metro area.
Did you get a basic tune for driving to the dyno? I hope we can compare to other Centrifugal SC. Did you have to modify, cut or alter anything for the install? Are you getting a Crank Support. Thanks. Good luck. The need for speed and power is quite addictive.Next week I'll be going back to the dyno and getting a dedicated e54 tune for the 11psi pulley. Should make some really good numbers.

Have fun at the dyno, and then the street and track. EnjoyI have a flex fuel tune for the 8.5 psi pulley. I'm taking it to the same tuner who did the ff. I haven't had to alter anything after after install. I had not even heard of the crank support. It looks like it's really overpriced for a bracket and pulley. I don't plan on doing that.
If you don't mind me asking, what was the total cost of kit, injectors BAP ETC. Good luck.Done with my install (ESS G2 headunit with larger intercooler and 8.5 psi pulley).
Materials and fitment are spot on.
All parts of the supercharger that went in weighed about 47 lbs (headunit 12 lbs, larger intercooler 28 lbs, plus all the other bits). Took out about about 4 lbs worth of stuff so overall added just 43 lbs or so to the car.
My tuner will be heading over to my place today to street tune the car and I'll follow up with a dyno session early next week. Fingers crossed for no issues and good power
Hey Doug,If you don't mind me asking, what was the total cost of kit, injectors BAP ETC. Good luck.
No one else comes close to this quality of a system for that money. The price makes it so easy to buy. Good luck. Let us know how the street drivability goes. ThanksHey Doug,
I followed most of the stuff kevinvan6000 did in his install (thanks for the help during the install as well Kevin) as his setup and power was about what I was looking for.
Supercharger with larger headunit - $5035
56 lb/hr Ford injectors - $210
Vortech BAP - $355
NGK6510 spark plugs - $70
Custom tune - $300
All those numbers include shipping and taxes so $5970 in total
I have other supporting mods done to the car which aren't necessary for the supercharger so I didn't include them in the list above
Yeap!No one else comes close to this quality of a system for that money. The price makes it so easy to buy. Good luck. Let us know how the street drivability goes. Thanks
Yeap, same situation here. It just didn't feel tight enough for me during the install so bought a smaller clamp which tightened that down properly.I take that back about not altering anything. I stopped by ESS today to pickup the new pulley and remembered that the clamp that goes to the outlet of the head unit I had to buy a smaller one because the clamp o was provided was not tight enough and the hose blew off the first week I had it on. Brevin said he would make a note of that and adjust the clamp they supply. Again top notch customer service from ESS.
