But it is too close to the red end of the spectrum to become my favorite. It is red orange to me. I need a orange or orange-yellow. If TY would be cut from the palette, I'd go CO.

IMO, GO is way to close to yellow.Yellow and orange are about the hardest colors to capture in a photograph. With a lighter orange (like grabber) you will see a full spectrum of different shades in different pictures. Same goes for triple yellow, we've seen 100 different pictures of that too already. In general these colors tend to come off a bit darker than in reality, hence so many people naming competition orange red. That being said I too find competition orange way too close to red for it's own good. But that's just my opinion of course. Personally I don't know why Ford didn't choose grabber orange, it looks completely stunning on the S550. Here's a render I made after the ABC show in NY:
