Congrats! Yesterday/today have been pretty nice weather to go out for some spins too if you can avoid the remaining slush!

Yeah drove her in to work today. Gotta be a little careful since she has summer tires on her...though later today when I leave work should be ok. Roads aren't too bad, but still worried about all the sand being kicked up. Gotta make my appointment to get the Clear Bra put on ASAP! :)

Congrats Giddy! I remember that day very well. Five more months you can drop the top.

Enjoy

Shoot I was going to drop the top driving home last night, but there was a lot of water on the roads from snow melt so didn't want to risk getting the inside dirty. It was over 50 degrees even after 10pm! :D

Heated seats...sock hat....gloves....heater on full blast...it'll take a lot to get me from putting the top down! :headbang:

Congrats she looks great. Put the top down inside and take another shot. Maggie seems to be stuck in the delivery lot since still has status IN TRANSIT. EDD has disappeared so hope delivery is soon she was built 12/10.

Question: How did you avoid front plate, I think Colorado requires both front and rear plates.

Oh, just for info my Avtar is the original Maggie (Great Dog).

Yeah got to do some top down driving today, but since I was on my way to get the windows tinted now I can't put the top down for 3 days :( Oh well crappy weather tomorrow so she will stay in the corral :)

I specifically asked for them to not put on the front plate bracket, since I plan on putting on the Sto-N-Sho bracket, which I just got in the mail Monday as well :) I will probably run without the front plate even with the removable bracket; but I'll keep it in the car is in case I up to Denver where they're dicks about it. Luckily I live in a military town so many people have played from all over, so a cop seeing my car without a front tag won't be as suspicious around here. Plus like a coworker did with his Porche, I got a specialty plate so it will look even more like an out of state plate from far away :)

Honest -1 Auto Care Reccomendation

For anyone in the Denver area that's interested in having an aftermarket exhaust installed I give my recommendation to Honest -1 Auto Care at Kipling and Bowles, they corrected the screwed up installation (Attempted twice) done by the Midas right next door, my system is as close to perfectly square as you can get with these bolt ons!! BTW Midas charged me $170 for the complete screw up and Honest -1 did a complete removal and reinstall for $113. They do good work and are customer friendly!

Pickup Maggie today 1/8 3pm. The drive from Loveland to Longmont was GREAT. That Pony (V6) likes to run. She's in stable now until the weather improves. Next week maybe top down time. GiddyUp15 I think I'm the first convertible in Northern Colorado. :)
