CEL Blinking After Whipple Supercharger Install

Anybody still viewing this thread the cause of my random misfire ended up being the McLeod RST Clutch being installed/aligned improperly. I had the clutch replaced by an ACTUAL performance shop and havent seen the cel since. Allegedly if the clutch is out of alignment the crank wont be allowed to relearn. Im not expert but its now been over a yr with no issues...

Did it take a year to finally figure this out? God I hope not. Hope your enjoying all that power now with peace of mind! Thanks for the update.
