The appeal to me is that this color is unique to the GT350/R and not available on the other Mustangs.

Yes I know...I am painting my Hummer H2 China Grey now, My vehicle is at Complete Customs in Mc Kinney TX getting it done...I love this color and if Avalanche Grey is anything like this Im in !!

The LA Auto Show wasn't last week and there wasn't a yellow GT350 there.

I think it may have to do with HID or LED not generating enough heat to melt ice in cold weather. The washer fluid can be used to get the ice off the lenses. Just an (uneducated) guess.

HIDS are so damn freaking hot that they can literally melt skin. Now an LED is the one that's runs pretty cool, but once you get to higher wattage CREE LED's they run hot as well and need a heat sink.

Question !! Does anyone know if the avalanche gray have any metal flake in the paint or is it non metallic? Im hoping for NON METALLIC

I don't see Magnetic grey in colour choice.
But to have one built with Eleanor's colours
can never be a bad choice

I heard from the FORD rep , that "Magnetic" color has a lot of green in it. FYI

Now that's a very nice grey. The Aston Martin Look's a lot like the Mustang don't ya think.

They both even have similar wheels.
