Many thanks for the compliments folks!
It's quite heartwarming to be applauded by other enthusiasts and it means a lot.
As I mentioned and as we all know these cars are just fantastic- in a league of their own in my eyes. While I've had my fair share of old and near new cars over the years, this Mustang is the very first brand spanking new vehicle I've ever owned. As a coincidence it arrived after (I'll spare you all the details) a gruelling few years for me personally so therefore means just that little bit more.
I must also say that while I'm not one who warms all that much to forums in general, Mustang6G is an exception. In my experience you have all continued to encourage, advise and (occasionally) rib one another with the very best of intentions. I've made some great new friends since joining and look forward to meeting and making a few more as yet more cars arrive. Whether RHD Mustangs go on to become a common thing in Australia or with Ford's Global Plan only the future can tell, but there's no denying we 2015/16/17 Aussie Mustang owners are now a select group. By simply ordering/purchasing our cars we've now become a part of Australian automotive history.
Cheers!:cheers::cheers:
PS. Melbnut I'll measure up tomorrow and aussierob, I'm sure we'll be back your way regularly- lovely part of SEQ especially at sunset. By the way did you cruise through Brisbane City/the Valley around 3.30 today? I nearly caught up to a Mustang like yours at an intersection on Anne St.

Hi all,

Finally had the chance to stretch the Mustang's legs a little. The wife and I cruised over to Woody Point and enjoyed the sunset yesterday afternoon. I just want to drive this thing all the time! Great responses along the way, too.

Looking forward to some even longer drives and new adventures in the coming days, months and years!
Congratulations Resto! Another beauty.

I totally agree with you Resto. I have just spent the last couple of days cruising around Melbourne and I'm still loving the car. I pulled into a Ford dealership near where i keep the car and as I got out of the car a Police car pulled up behind me. I immediately thought I was in trouble but the cop got out and said "nah your ok, I just wanted to have a look at your car" and then while he was looking at it a guy from the holden dealership came over for a look. I had a good old laugh. So many people love looking at it as I drive and give me thumbs up. I never thought it would attract this much attention.
