Mgw shifter + steeda spring and it’s night and day difference for me. It is still a bit clunky sometimes when cold, bit only for the first few minutes. Probably changing fluid would make it even better, but I havent done that
hi guys!
I’m slowly getting more and more tempted to take my pony out to a race track and play!
It would be my first time as I have never been with any car to a proper race track (not counting gokarts of course). As such, I am a total newbie, not looking to competitively race, but just take my...
Thanks mate, that's kind of advise I'm looking for!
I have heard about NGuage before, but don't know many specifics - I imagine that's something that needs to be installed by a proper tune shop? Do you know are there many places around that can perform Lund tune like this?
Hi all,
I have been considering Harrop's stage 1 (which is really just an ECU tune and CAI since I'm already running Corsa Sport cat-back), but wanted to check has anyone here done this exact built before, is it even worth it or are there better alternatives in the similar price range?
They...
Update: dealership didn't find anything, apparently everything is in order, works fine and no leaks... they couldn't explain why and never heard of such case before.
Weird. Never happened since either. Trolls. Must be trolls.
Ok, something really weird and kinda scary happened today. To set the scene, my set up includes MGW shifter, Steeda clutch spring and only about to crack 8,000km.
Anyway, as I'm driving back home, freeway, peak hour, lots of shuffling gears back and forward, I notice that shifting into 1st gear...
Anyone in here rocking GT350R wing? Ideally, if anyone based in Melbourne, I'd be interested to check it out in person.
It's hard to tell from the photos how it would look - some look amazing and some just too big (too much like an Evo style).
Otherwise, anyone has any other suggestions on...
Probably some decent shop that does powder coating would do, but can't recommend anything specific unfortunately.
I was considering it as well, but decided against it. Got quoted $550 for it down here in Melbourne and after some photoshop job, I realised that, personally, I really don't like it...
St Kilda, Fitzroy St, just a minute ago, really nicely done white GT with what appeared to be roush body kit, cervini hood and maybe roush spoiler? Plates "WLD1" or something like that. Anyone from here? I really liked everything that was done to it!
Thanks mate, I'll definitely check them out! Which parts would I need exactly? Can you list the part numbers please?
I'm about to pull the trigger on F770, found a really good deal from UK, shipping to AU...
Looking into investing in a dashcam as well - I have been way too paranoid when parking my pony anywhere. With a dashcam, at least I think I'll have a little bit more peace of mind... a little bit :)
I will most likely go ahead with Thinkware, but I like what appears to be a very compact design...
Yeah, exactly the same symptoms! I'll probably get it checked just in case - will post an update once I get to know more about it, hopefully nothing major.
Thanks guys!
Merry Xmas everyone! May Santa spoil us all with supercharger kits, ECU tunes, cold air intakes, exhausts and whatever else we may wish for :hail:
Hi guys,
Did anyone notice a squeaky noise coming from the rear?
I started noticing it more and more recently, seems like it's coming from somewhere around the rear right wheel, every time there's a bump or elevation on the road I can hear it - anyone experienced anything similar?
Also...
Had MGW on my car for almost to 2 months now and absolutely love it!
Huge improvement over stock shifter, which I found really sloppy and notchy.
MGW shifts are a lot tighter, shorter and heaps smoother. I still occasionally experience tiny notchiness, but nothing comparing to what it was like...
Best compliement I got from a friend of mine today:
"The worst part about driving a Mustang is that you cannot see it to fully appreciate it how it looks like"
