Any advice on my screw up

Well I was installing my new shifter in and I was so close to being done when BAM I mess up bad! I broke the stud that the rear bushing bolts on to. Am I screwed?

I just didn't know if there is a way to remove those studs? If I can get it out I'll be able to put another bolt in

Not sure if you can punch those out or not, may as well try now.

If it don't screw out, drill the head off the stud. Then just install a grade 5 or grade 8 bolt/nut.

Thanks that's the way I had to go. It's not pretty but better than it not being mounted on one side.

Glad drilling that out worked out for ya. Can I ask, did this stud break just from over tighten it when you reinstalled?
