Chemical Industry shift supervisor. Live in small town. Got an LE at sticker. Divorced with primary custody of my 3.5 year old. This is my daily and most practical car. Me and the girl go everywhere in it. 41 and base pay is 100k. I do make overtime, and can get all I want. I don't get much as I'd rather be at home with my girl.

Hey man I also work in the Chemical industry as an operator. We are at around 70k a year base and just over 100 with OT. I'm single no kids never been married. What do you guys make (product wise)?

Not going to vote, European wages are no where near as high as US ones. But then again, we also do not have to pay everything ourselves. Apples/Oranges.

I had a decent year bonus-wise last year and made about $275K, but then again I pay $30 a day for parking.

Rent; I can't afford to buy a place to live in Brooklyn. And yeah, rent is ridiculous in New York, as always.

I'm at a firm down here on Wall Street. Compared to the other 300,000 people working within a quarter-mile radius of me, I'm poor.

Cmon Jimmy, you certainly can afford to buy property, you just have expensive taste.

I own a 2 family home worth about 500k in Brooklyn and make about 80k a year. Guys I work with make around 85k a year and own property valued at 750k+ and manage mortgage payments of $2500 a month. Wish I could get the GT, once I pay off my mortgage I plan on going all out.

Out of everyone ITT, I'm most envious of you. Can't believe you can make that much by doing photography...

I'm 25 and make ~80k. I really want to work for myself but I need some kind of change in mentality to take a risk and get started. Thankfully my better half makes the same as me and as a household we do above average for the area we live in.

Fear is a great motivator. I lost my job, went on unemployment and busted my butt to build up the biz. Thankful every day and never take it for granted.

As far as Italy goes, we should make more money, they take entire month of August off and have a holiday every 5 days. It was unreal
