Well here are a couple pictures of my Batman themed knob. It really is a piece of craftsmanship. Derrick followed my directions to the letter when I described what I wanted. Pictures don't do it justice shows a little darker in person, which is what I wanted.





Derrick had some shipping difficulties that left both he and I frustrated for the past few weeks, but I have to give him credit, he hung in there with me as we both tried to figure out where my shipment was. If I were ordering today I would choose the UPS shipping option, if you want to see your knob in a timely manner. In the end I received exactly what I ordered for a custom knob and a fair price.

Just a quick review...

I usually don't consider shift knobs a mod, but I am for this one. When coupled with the Tri-ax, it has made dropping it into each gear 10 times easier than it was with the OE knob. The feel of each shift was already very positive, and this just took it to another level. Also of note, I had a mild buzzing sound coming up through the lever in the mid RPM range with the OE knob. That is now 99% gone. I'm not sure if it was the knob buzzing, or if the weight of the AM knob has simply dampened it. But it's gone. I love this thing. 110% worth the wait.

Derrick or Hissman, which knob is the matte white on the AM website? Snowball? I haven't even received mine original order yet, but want to order another in this color! Figuring I could always change them out for one another on occasion to mix it up a bit on the interior.

Yeah, snowball. If you're getting engraving add the matte clear. Gloss clear washes any texture out. Matte will leave some texture and it has a nice feel.

i was short on time, but wanted to install the know to see it on and it would not go into reverse. stock know off, provided nut threaded on to the bottom, knob installed and lined up ok, the lock up cannot come up far enough to engage / enter reverse. i know im missing the obvious here....
