My first mustake was at 26, I'm a little behind :headbonk:
Haha it's all good man. My first mustang was a beat up 2001 V6 automatic. Took me 2 more mustangs before I finally got a man pedal and REALLY started to enjoy these cars.

By looking at this poll how its coming up iam amazed at how much more younger people have them. I thought this car was for a more mature adult.

Have you seen the cars and coffee crashes? lol

Seriously, it's a very cheap (Comparatively) sports car. It's practically tailored for those who are just getting their first job right out of college.

To be completely honest, the cars and coffee crashes are generally from geezers who can't handle power. I'm not saying it's all the older folks but it's generally the 40+ who get a mustang as a midlife crisis vehicle thinking it's some sort of high end sports car and parade it around cars and coffee. It's really just perception

Part of cars and coffee accidents has to do with the phenomenon of the mustang. Cheap power in the hands of people who have no business owning that power...

Hah, I was just messing around. I do believe that the car is tailored towards the 20 somethings looking for their first sports car, but I don't really think there is a correlation with cars and coffee.

The GT is a lot of stupid power for young inexperienced drivers.

I dont know about you guys but traction control and stability controls makes it hard to lose control . Unless you think of yourself as a 'purist' and have to turn them off.

I took a roundabout side ways at 20mph, a combination of wet, cold weather and cold Pzeros = no grip

Please vote what age you have.

1-ages between 15 and 20?
2-ages between 20 and 30?
3-ages between 30 and 40?
4-ages between 40 and 50?
5-ages between 50 and 60?
6-ages between 60 and 70?
7-above age 70?

Just wanna know if at age 41 iam the only one thinking that my car is for someone much younger.
Six months from now I'll be in your 7th group.

Chronological age doesn't have to have anything to do with it . . . and apparently doesn't when your passion for cars that are fun remains intact.
