Victorian police want to speak to two men after a $400,000 Ford Mustang, which is described as the only one of its kind in Australia, was allegedly stolen from a showroom in western Melbourne.
The 2021 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR is valued at about $400,000.
CCTV released by Victorian Police on Friday, as part of a public appeal for information, shows two men loitering around the yard at Mustang Motorsport at Ferntree Gully on October 11.
One of the men gets into the car and drives out the front gate towards the Burwood Highway.

“Vehicles were being moved in and out of the showroom at the time, and the key was accessible,” Victorian Police said.
Police have released images of the car and the two men they believe can help with their investigation.
One is described as caucasian, slim and about 190cm tall. He was seen wearing a blue jumper, black trackpants, black cap and sunglasses.
The other was described as Asian or Polynesian, slim and about 160cm tall wearing a blue T-shirt, black trackpants, a grey hoodie and sunglasses.
Prior to the incident at the car showroom, they two men were seen on CCTV at a fast-food restaurant, and police allege one of the men took a drink without paying.

“This was an utterly brazen theft of someone’s prized possession and done in broad daylight,” Detective Senior Constable Michael Gatt said.
“This is someone with a great love of vehicles who has worked hard to build this car and has had it taken away from him.
“It’s an incredibly rare car, and it is very distinctive – we would encourage anyone who has seen it, or who recognises the two men in the CCTV, to come forward and contact police.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report via www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
