That's interesting. At the very least I'd wager that post-tune emissions are greater than oem. Unless they did an EM240 (?) test to make sure the car passes emissions post-tune, which I'm guessing it probably doesn't, I wonder why they're so concerned about just that aspect noting EM240 doesn't...
Floating/bouncing is a classic sign of dampers being unable to control the spring oscillation. The stock dampers are a mismatch with the springs which is what folks said 2 years ago.
