Looking to install the 3.6" Pulley on the Paxton soon, Anyone have any useful tips on the install or is it pretty cake? Did you notice some good gains going to it from the stock 3.8?

Thanks

2-3 minutes. Pretty simple. Loosen the bolt before removing tension from it.

Heat the pulley up where the shaft passed through it and grab it with gloves to slide it off. Put a ratchet on the bolt then push tension on it and smack it with a mallet to break if free.

I found if you let your new pulley rest in previously boiled water it will just slide right on.

i used a three jaw puller to get the 3.8 off and the 3.6 slid right on with no need for heat or anything. I did it before installing my blower though. I'm not sure if a puller would fit if mounted.
