I'll try doing that in that order, not sure I have. danke
Gern geschehen! If that doesn't quite get your leg straight enough, when you are close to your preferred position you can try tilling the seat forward and raising the seat.

Woohoo! Just got my triple yellow stick non premium GT with perf pkg Tuesday! (with the ugly black wheels, likely soon replaced with chrome)

Generally speaking, the car is awesome! (but I'm coming from '98 Cobra convertible with a paultry 305 hp)

I really can't complain much about anything yet.

Styling/interior-wise, neither the dash or beltline are too high so the door windows aren't too short. (& tank/armored car looking, like Camaro) Cloth seats are great.

Not sure about the hydro clutch or sound tube yet though.

I wish the fog lights could be on without the parking lights. (like I hacked my Cobra)

I'm 6 feet tall & the seat goes back enough.

The force needed to close the hood and shut the trunk is kind of surprising. Actually, do any of you guys have to give the trunk a decent push to have it actually close?

weatherproofing in the doors not the greatest, after rain or car wash water gets below the window line

Put two hands on either end of the trunk... will not be as hard to shut... mine got a little harder after getting it aligned..closing the trunk going down the center will not work plus you might dent the paper thin sheet metal on there.. which I left a couple mild indentations there already... I think... before I barely would exert force and it would latch... going harder will not work at all

I got the standard black leather interior thinking that the stitching was black. I didn't upgrade to the Premier Trim because I thought that exclusively came with white stitching. I was a little disappointed to see that the standard leather comes with white stitching, although it's not the end of the world. Had I known that, I would have just opted for the Premier Trim. Not a big fan of the fake rubber "stitching" above the dash either.

Why in the heck isn't a shift light or tone part of the PP on a manual?

Biggest surprise: how nice the interior is. I seriously prefer it to 3 Series and Lexus interiors I've driven in.

Even bigger surprise: I wasn't able to stop myself from a WOT acceleration run to redline with 30 mph on the odometer. The car builds and maintains speed so effortlessly.

Biggest surprise so far is the comradery demonstrated by other 15 Mustang owners when you see them on the road.

Biggest Surprises
  • how much visual presence the car has in person
  • how little resistance the clutch pedal has (not sure this is a positive...somewhere between it and the 2012 clutch feel would be nice)
  • how much better voice commands work than the MFT in my wife's 2014 Focus
  • how intoxicating having a V8 is (this is my first V8)
  • how much I'm warming up to the PP wheels

Biggest Disappoints
  • the Shaker Pro sounds pretty good after tweaking, but the output is too low
  • the clutch feel will take a lot of getting used to I think
