Just got confirmation from @FordService on Twitter on the performance pack offsets:

Ford Service @FordService Follow Hi again! 'Stangs have a 5 x 114.3mm bolt pattern; the offset for the Perf Pckg wheels is 19 x 9.0x 45mm & 19x 9.5x 52.5mm ...

There are no special considerations for the 19x9.0 wheels & performance brakes. Hope that helps! ^SL
That is interesting news! That means the 2015 wheels are tucked into the fenders a tad more than S197 wheels. Meaning if you took S197 wheels and mounted them on a 2015 S550 they would stick out just a tad more than normal, but only by about 3-5mm. This means they should in theory work just fine assuming the wheel spoke design clears the brakes.
Merged threads and updated first post. MikeAZ obtained the info below from FordService.

So this means 4 of these paired with some 285-40/19's will fit all the way around with just the right amount of stick out.

Those 285/40/19 tires are tall at 28", I don't know how well they would fit up front at full steering lock. I have similar 275/40/19(27.7" tall) tires on my 2011 but I have very mild offset Brembo wheels(+42mm) so if I were you I'd buy those tires two at a time and verify they fit properly before buying all 4.

They are 2ths of an inch taller than the factory rears. If the factory rears fit the front they should fit as well. Not buying anything, still waiting for my car to be built.

Looking at a new thread that Tony posted from the plant, the CO GT Mustang with the base 18" Rims in the picture has 235/50R Pirelli's, not Eagle F1s.

What are the offsets for non performance pack wheels. 17x7.5, 18x8, 20x9?

This pic leads me to believe the Mustang can use a much lower offset or combination of wider wheel and slightly lower offset. Those wheels aren't anywhere close to flush.

If i had to guess what a flush but still safe (no stretched tires or camber) i would say a 9.5 +30 front and 10.5 +40 rear. Maybe even lower and this is just my opinion. Not saying for sure they will fit.

I'm wondering if my 19x9 and 19x10 Forgestar F14's I have on my 2014 GT will work for this car.
