Just wondering where everyone is going to be taking their new 2015 for regular maintenance, I don't know if i trust the dealer to take it there ?

What is the size and weight of the current under tray? I have to take off a skid plate to access the pan & filter on my GTO. It weighed about 15 pounds and then I bought a lightweight 5 pound aluminum one to replace the original steel one. I'm assuming it is held on by a few bolts?Doing oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements are doable, but the Mustangs after the 2010 model year have an undertray that has to be swung down in order to access the filter location. The 2015 will have this too. There might be other who have done this by using jack stands or they find they have enough clearance to get at the oil filter.
I am not sure of the weight, but it's plastic. Yes, held on by easy-to-remove bolts. I believe that hardest thing is to move it around because of the size, since it covers the entirety of the front end up to around the area of the filter. What is the size and weight of the current under tray? DUDE! Where do you keep coming up with these awesome pics?! I'm going to need like access to every '15 mustang pic you have. You just keep coming up with some of the best freaking pics on every thread (and apparently not telling anybody until it comes up lol). Come on man quit hogging all the stang porn!I am not sure of the weight, but it's plastic. Yes, held on by easy-to-remove bolts. In the Deep Impact Blue thread, you can get an idea of this with one of the undercarriage photo. It's similar to the current cars.

Thanks for sharing. A pain to take off at each oil change for sure but entirely manageable it looks like.I am not sure of the weight, but it's plastic. Yes, held on by easy-to-remove bolts. This because of mods. Most shops won't work on a zero emissions controlled car, but we have a dealer in town who works on performance oriented mustangs (Skillman) but I don't buy from them so haven't looked into it. They have a Dyno in the race shop/toy box but only let certain customers use it. I'll take it there when I have an issue I can't handle or for alignments and tire install but got most of the shop tools now. I'm building a house and putting a pole barn in. Looking at some used Titan and Rotary 2 post lifts at a bankrupted dealership next week so hoping to fetch a relativity new 12.000lb 2 post lift for about $500.00. Fingers crossed. My garage
