Yes, base-model 2016MY GT350's came equpped with Recaro's. However, looking at the ad, you have the damper-adjust button on the steering wheel. Therefore, this car is a 2016MY Track Pack.

Just looked up the car... I wasn't a fan of TY/black stripes when GT350 first launched, but seeing this one..... the color/stripes on an R definitely works. Best of luck, and congrats to whoever gets it! (far from being able to afford one) :)

Drum, if you didn't receive a set of four locking lug nuts with a key, definitely go to the dealership and ask if you can get a set. Every R should have been delivered with a set, and shouldn't be a problem for the dealership to hook you up with a set. You can see the locking lugs for...
