Any body else's hood buffet at speed. I know some of the S197's did

My 2017 S550 does. Any adjustments that fix or minimize it

I never noticed since all of my attention is on the road ahead. I will
try to look down next time

Yes, pretty common issue. Some have it at high speeds, some have it at normal driving speeds (like me, 60-70mph). Sometimes adjusting the rubber stoppers on the radiator support can help.

It's a side effect of a lightweight aluminum hood. Perfectly normal.

Screw out the two rubber bumps under the hood near the headlights a bit so everything is tight.

Yeah what he said. I honestly do not look at the hood when
driving 100+ mph, of course I can see it, but not focused to
see buffeting at speed.

Comes from riding crotch rockets over 150 mph looking thru turns
and down the highway for forest rats

Refresh might resolve this issue...I'm sure they know about it and are addressing it with the new front/hood.

My hood starts to buffet at around 120mph, but it isn't bad just noticeable. I worried about it at one point but I don't even think about it now.
