What does yours do? Not what the magazine says it does. What you can make it do? You and him probably aren't as far off as you think.;)
I have no idea bro.
Mine's a 2013 Roush Stage 3, so I'm guessing I do about 0-60 in 4.3 seconds? Give or take?? What do you think I do 0-60?
Still isn't no 3.2 seconds. That's almost supercar territory.

Doesn't have to it could be setting up on blocks with all 4 wheels off and it's still a better car than any camaro. :ford:
LMMFAO
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Mustang, but that's impressive. I'm actually looking and waiting ANXIOUSLY for the new GT500 to come out so I can order one.

Totally depends on your skill level....And a set of drag radials. Stock tires and big power in your car. 5.0 zero to sixty. Lotta practice and some drag radials will have you smoking ZL1s off the line.

Yeah, but still a half second SLOWER than some stock motorcycles that cost a tiny fraction as much as a ZL1. ;)

I understand what you're saying, but I thought we were comparing car against car? ;)

We are. The Zo6 is faster than a ZL1 at everything. And with a little practice and drag radials. I didn't have any issue out sixty the Vette.

2011 Avenger...sadly
“This test caps an impressive list of performance stats for the Camaro ZL1, which was designed to excel at everything,” said Al Oppenheiser, Camaro chief engineer. “It’s the most capable — and fastest —Camaro ever.”
Now the question remains..will they stay with that or will they proudly broadcast that, get all those ZL1 sales, and then unveil the newest, most capable Camaro ever..the Z/28...as ZL1 owners are still awaiting delivery of their cars?

GM knew the Gen 5 ZL1 was a superb Super GT car, but not really the best track capable car they could do..thus why they brought out the Z/28 in 2013. With GM openly stating that the ZL1 is the most capable and fastest Camaro ever..are they willing to show themselves to be liars by releasing a Z/28?

Must have been one hell of a head wind to make that much of a difference just changing direction.
Down hill vs up hill.
Or a f150 was towing it

Yeah, I think that's why they said it was really 198. I think the article says they changed some air pressure in the tires and it was helping too. Either way we're living in some awesome times.

OR... it was unstable as hell and the load in the pants from the first run kept the driver from pushing the pedal all the way to the floor.
