Drove it in today with the windows down and sunroof back. Got some takeoff speakers from eBay to replace the blown left door ones. Woooo.

It comes with a special straw that fits between the throttle body and air intake. Let it run around 1500+ rpms while spraying in until it's empty. Let it sit for a while(while turned off) then run the piss out of it. Runs great now. And nah it hasn't acted up in quite a while now.

Seafoam spray right into the throttle body while running around 2000rpm for around 5 minutes. So far so good. Getting much better mpg too.

Light came back on. I'm going to go quietly weep.

Been three days and so far so good. Debating if I should replace the other 7 injectors or not, especially seeing as the opening on the top was significantly wider than the old original ones.

I work in the plant that makes the Escape and MKC. While the MKC is on the same platform it shares very few parts with the Escape. The sub frames, while the same shape, are noticeably thicker and heavier, just as an example.

Was dealing with a recurring cylinder misfire code. Replaced the coil, plug, etc. Mechanic friend thought it might have a blown headgasket. I did a pressure test and it passed. Replaced the fuel injector Saturday, we'll see if it finally fixes it.

This issue is on the back burner for me now seeing as I keep getting a cylinder #2 misfire code even after replacing the ignition coil twice and the spark plug. :|

Alright so I bought a old 04 grand cherokee around a month ago so I can keep from taking the GT out in the crap. On the way home from getting groceries I was sitting at an intersection and the oil pressure gauge started going crazy, waving wildly from low to high while the CHECK GAGES light...

I'll put it this way: After driving my GT in the snow I went and bought a old 04 4wd grand cherokee as a secondary.

From what I've seen other people use it you have to put multiple coats on and it'll wear off eventually.

I've ran both, could hardly tell a difference so I went back to 87. It's what's in the manual and I'm a cheap bastard. ;)
