The DVD is "manufactured on demand".....according to the Amazon site. I don't think I've ever seen that statement before! Very strange!

And it looks like I'll need to buy from Amazon.com as it's not showing on Amazon.co.uk for I'll be stung for shipping, too. The things I do for my Mustang passion!

I did notice that disclaimer and thought it a little strange.

Did some digging and Amazon quote the company "FilmRise" as being the studio.

Checked their website and found a blog entry which states that they will be distributing the film:

Being in the business, I guess you would know what the usual process is. My initial thought was that they were unsure what the demand would be for such a release, so went with the "manufactured on demand" model.

The same studio has several documentaries listed on Amazon in the BD-R format. Perhaps it's all we are going to get.

we have been getting DVD's in the mail to my excitement only to be disappointed
that the DVD's were for our friends little daughter..... :(

A Faster Horse documentary

Just saw A Faster Horse documentary on Amazon. Must say it was awesome to see behind the scenes production of our cars. Can't wait to drive it again (once the snow melts)

Just watched this last weekend on Demand (cable) and it enjoyed it. The opening sequence is awesome. I do wish they could have detailed the benchmark testing that went into it as well (with the Boss 302 and others), but we can't have everything!

finally got to watch it...
very well done....
i like how they followed the guys around every day so we could see what they go thru...
i like the part where dave says he has to get home before a certain time to pick his kids up....he can come back but had to get the kids....priorities....
shows he does care about things and puts them in the right order, no matter how much it riding on things...
the time and effort going into the car, they just dont build it and hand it to the consumer, they drive it around, tweek things and fix if needed...you can see how much was riding on this design to get it right.
well done!
