I spent a lot of time researching wheels that would clear the 6 piston Brembos. Alex at N4SM.com hooked me up with Forgestar F14 wheels in 18" x 10" in matte gunmetal that I wanted in a square setup for HPDE use.

Couple pix below from a http://www.thedriversedge.net/ event at Motorsport Ranch in Cresson, TX on 3/25/17. The second pic also shows my buddy's brand new 2017 Camaro SS 1LE, a very nice and fast car.

I'm using Nitto NT01's in 275/40 - 18, my first time using R compounds. (I used the NT05's on my prior 2008 Shelby GT track car and really liked them as a 200 treadwear tire.) Next step is suspension! ...

Did you stay in front?

The 18"s look good. I went back and forth, then went with 6GR's in 19"

We had fun going back and forth actually with similar times. Out of the box, I would probably have to give the 1LE a slight edge.

I went round and round for ages trying to pick wheels. I wanted the 18 x10 APEX EC-7's, but the group buy came out 1 week after I ordered the F14's!

It has a metal bracket through bolted to the rear bumper beam. I looked and could not find a picture of it being installed. There is about 8" of strap tucked into the bumper cover that can be pulled out to keep the hook away from the bumper should the strap be needed.
