Hey guys. DRP Motorsports offers custom tuning for your Coyote Mustang. We can do it remotely with the RTD3 Tuner via the TDN app or do it in person at our shop on our chassis dyno! NA or forced induction setups are no problem. We have spent hundreds of hours on the dyno and at the track perfecting our tuning. We are not the biggest name out there by any means, but we strive to be different by offering the best tuning by spending the time listen to your desires and getting your feedback. We don't say we are done until you the customer are happy! We will be glad to call you by phone and discuss your needs personally, which few other shops will even do any more.

Just leave us a PM message here, email us at [email protected] or visit our website contact page for more info.

Have you tuned and tested a Mach 1 10-speed?
Do you have a Flex tune that you can run on 24/7 safely?

I have tuned a Mach 1 with the 10R80. I can do a flex tune, but I don't recommend them since there is not actually a alcohol sensor on these cars. Ethanol content is inferred in the PCM strategy and that can get you in trouble when someone mixes fuels alot.

Ok, thanks.
I don’t mix a lot I just switch over to 93 for winter and when I go to track.
I’ve had Livernois Flex tune for over a year now and car runs like a top but I’m looking for better 10-speed calibration .
I do not want to give up the Flex tune though as I find it very convenient and as long as I run the tank to empty and drive it nice after fullip I’ve had 0 issues.

Hit me up at [email protected] and we can certainly talk about it! :)

On the gen 3's that is the way to do it. The fuel volume inputs are zeroed out from Ford and only one software company lets tuners add them.

@DRP Motorsports Look into PCMtec software they have all the parameters listed and available to modify. They also have a CAN buss flex solution.

That is correct, but as of right now you can only use a SCT device to remote tune via PCMtec. Using the RTD3 and HP Tuners software works best for us remotely right now.

huh, really? I guess my drawer full of SCT/BDX is actually usable?

BTW, how "realistic" is trying to "drive" on a dyno? Ie. pretending you're in moving traffic, or backroad scratching. Not just stomp on the gas pedal and wait for the spark cut? Ie. is it possible to detect drivability issues before it leaves the rack?

@DRP Motorsports-Ray, are you from Harrells? I grew up about 30 minutes from there. Nice looking shop and reviews from the website. I will keep you in mind when I need tuning.

The dyno is really usable for part throttle stuff as well. Its pretty much a must when you are trying to safely tune for a throttle body you don't have data for. But even still, when you are trying to properly tune a car, you gotta test things on the road for a street driven vehicle to be tune perfect...and that is precisely what I do for cars that come in for a dyno tune. I road test them when I am done on the dyno.

Thank you! Yes I have visited the Harrells dragway many times, but it has pretty much gone dark there now.

If you have an eddy current dyno you can.

The last engine shop I worked at had one. It was great for dialing in part throttle.
