Yep it looks good in the sun. Reminds me of Dark Satin Green that was on my 99. Looked Black sometimes and you could really see the green in the sun.

I'm the same way, usually trying to fly under the radar. My C7 still catches so much attention it's weird. Beyond all the waves, honking and pictures and videos while I'm driving I've had people pull next to me when I'm getting gas and say "I don't even need gas, but I wanted to come talk to you and look at your car!" at least half a dozen times. There's no doubt that the S550 will have the same impact for awhile too.

On the positive, my "how to be polite to strangers" skill level is increasing. I no longer begin and end all interactions exclusively with gestures that are less than friendly.

How does the upgraded Shaker Pro system sound? I added that package to mine on a whim and haven't heard any reviews/comparisons between the regular 9 speaker vs. the upgraded 12 speaker.
