it will thankfully get overturned by a competent judge not hellbent on destroying *that country on appeal. of course that will not be talked about in the MSM since it is not really a win.

The absurdity that the justice system has become. "Justice" is no longer involved, and not just in American courts as it turns out. The world is going to sue doctors right out of the profession, and then who will they sue when there are no doctors willing to take the risk of being in business?

It was a pretty easy decision to make when I went to school to be a paralegal, to NOT get into the litigation side, and this is a prime example of why I hate this side of law. Money is all that matters to people, and they'll go to ridiculous lengths to get their hands on it. What kind of morally bankrupt attorney represents someone like this for what's obviously a money grab? Not someone I want to be in the same room with.
