Worth fixing a small dent before selling?

That's a tough one...which way to go. With experience with a PDR shop i doubt that can be removed that way due to the body crease/fold at that point....but check with the pros.
It's kind of a toss up, something to consider...it will turn some prospective buyers off, others may see it as an opportunity to negotiate you a bit less than book value. I would hinge my decision on 1) if i wanted to mess with the hassel of getting it fixed and 2) how big of a market are you in...are there a lot of potential buyers, 3) is the car one that is in demand and otherwise in really nice condition. If you have a large market to draw from, and we know demand is up, i would lean toward selling as is and knock a bit off the book value. You may find a buyer that does minor body work, or knows someone that doe such minor work or get someone who doesn't care. Hey...let us know what the estimates are and what you decide to do.

What about paintless repair?

PDR will make it less noticeable but will still be visible, especially paint that’s damaged. To properly repair will be a conventional repair plus paint. A little over 600.00 is my guess depending on labor rates and material in your area. That’s if they don’t blend into the deck lid etc.

In my neighborhood that would run about $1200 with my best paint man. They repair the area and color that section, then the whole panel will be clear coated and properly wet sanded and buffed to perfection. No "blending into other panels".

In modern clear coats only the area needing repair is colored then the whole panel is clear coated. Assuring a closer color match.

A top level painter will be able to match the silver paint (the biggest issue IMO). Even when a few months old the metallic in the paint oxidizes. Just grabbing the factory paint code won't do it. IMO

Too many creases. Waste of time IMO.
