Windshield Wiper Arm Alignment

I have a 2016 GT350. The driver side windshield wiper arm scrapes the hood when lifted up 2" away from the windshield. I noticed the 2016 GT's hoods are cut out for the windshield arms. Has anybody else had this issue?:frusty:

Plenty have. There is a thread talking about all the interference and paint chipping off the hood.

- Get in car. Do not depress clutch. Press START button. Turn on windshield wipers.
- Press START button again when windshield wipers are at full extension.
- Exit car. Clean windshield.
- Get in car again. Do not depress clutch. Press START button. Turn off windshield wipers.

Thanks. The first time it happened I got mad a Ford. Three weeks later, I was washing my car and did it again and wanted to hit myself. Today when I was dropping my car off at the dealership I noticed on the GT the hood is cut out for the wiper.
