Windshield Washer

My windshield washer is acting wonky - sometimes it works great and puts a nice even spray over most of the windshield. Other times (like this morning) it barely sprays 3 inches up the windshield. The pattern seems to be spread as normal, and both sides always spray the same, so it doesn't seem like there is a clog in the nozzle. It's done it for a couple months now. Any ideas on what would cause this? Is anyone else seeing this?

Like I said, this is a sporadic problem, so I'm sure that if I take it to the dealer it will work fantastic.....right up until I drive off the lot.

Sounds like something in the tube.

I figured this one out the other day when I was emptying my catch can - the washer fluid tube that runs up the right hand side of the hood was pinched by the Redline hood lifts right at the fitting that bolts to the frame.

I pinched it back to as close to round as I could, then used a bit of black duct tape to move the tube over about 1/4 inch. Everything works perfect now.
