My 2011 was an early production car and sat at "Ramp 5P" in Flat Rock for 4 Weeks then sat in a rail yard in Markham, Illinois for another week ... 13 weeks from order date to delivery ...

02/18/2010: Ordered
04/08/2010: Invoiced
04/15/2010: Built
04/26/2010: Original ETA
05/08/2010: Got a copy of CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (dated 04/08)
04/??-05/14: Ramp 5P
05/14/2010: On Train
05/17/2010: Conveyance Mechanical Failure (in Markham, Illinois rail yard)
05/19/2010: Re-Scheduled Delivery Date
05/21/2010: Delivered to Dealer after hours (3 hours north of Markham train yard)
05/22/2010: Picked up inspected but “un-detailed” car (Saturday)

Build Date to Ship Date was over 4 WEEKS (guessing various QC holds)
My dealer is only 450 miles from plant, yet it was IN TRANSIT for 1 WEEK

This was the 5th Ford I have special ordered since 1994, so I've learned to be patient.

No more special orders for me, period. I`ll find something very close in the future by doing a Dealer search. I would already have the identical Convertible in
the color of my choice including the upgraded 051A Package but I did want the damn Spoiler and all the Vehicles I located, none had the Spoiler Delete.

I've been tracking Mustangs considered part of my dealer's "Extended Inventory" since early October. Total to date is around 140 cars and I think there was only one or two non-PP that were "Spoiler Delete".

Not real common especially for dealer stock as the typical car buyer WANTS a spoiler and this same car buyer seeing "Spoiler Delete" on a window sticker with "no credit back" is going to expect the dealer to put one back on "at no charge" if it's otherwise exactly what they are looking for.

When I buy a 2015 / 16, I'll be special ordering "Spoiler Delete", so like you and others on this forum I'm not your typical car buyer either !!

I know Ford offers Base V6 buyers an Optional Blade Spoiler as a Accessory for about $250. It comes in a primer paint finish that needs to be spray painted and installed. Credit for Spoiler Delete Option 13D? I`d have paid extra just to have it deleted.

Me too, but were not normal car buyers !!

13D Spoiler Delete was an option on 2011-up GT's but NOT V6, so we should just be thankful Ford is offering it to all 3 engines now.

Funny how a small plastic low profile Blade Spoiler would cause someone to continue to wait for a Convertible without this "cherished" garnishment.
