I noticed that wind noise as well. Not a big deal but does sound like the window is not all the way up when going 55+. I have a 2016 GT built in April
I have the same issue. The noise seems to be coming from the upper corner behind me. When I look at it, it seems to be perched slightly lower than the passenger side, therefore not sealing properly. Has anyone had this fixed? If so how expensive was it? Or can it be a DIY? BTW, this is my first post. Glad to be here!

Mine had a terrible wind noise after my car had it's fenders replaced. The bodyshop removed the windows, but failed to get them realigned properly. Its an easy fix though. You need to pull the door panel off, lower the window most of the way and then look for 2 bolts that clamp down on the window. With the bolts loosened, you can raise the window height up slightly. Maybe 1/16-1/8" or so (in my case). Fixed my wind noise completely.
