2" width is a LOT of front to rear stagger.
11" is a bit small for a 325 tire.
Are the diameters of a 275/40 compatible with a 325/30?

Is the intent just looks, or handling, or something else?

I have no clue that’s why I’m asking. I know the 11 inch rim will fit that’s about it

Can't answer "will it be OK" until you tell us the purpose/intent.

It should physically fit. It won't handle well. It might work pretty good on a drag strip.

275/40R19 front will be around an inch larger in diameter than 325/30R19, which will look odd. But 275/35 would be a pretty good match.

For road course work, tire selection is limited in 325/30R19. For 200TW tires you would be better off with a square 305/30R19 setup. For 325 Hoosiers or slicks, you would want 12" rear wheels and as much as you can fit on the front (probably 305/30R19 on 11 wheels). And a stiffer rear bar/spring to adjust the balance.

For the street, trying to look cool but don't want to put in extra work to fit a more balanced package. I would bump the fronts to 285 as a minimum, and 295 if possible (might need a small spacer and some extra camber to fit).
