Will this spoiler work (American muscle gt350)

Hi all,

Was looking at this spoiler https://www.americanmuscle.com/mustang-gt350-style-rear-spoiler-gloss-black-spl-mst15gttp-rs.html

The site says for the fastback but I do see a member pic with it on a convertible. Anyone have any experience with these?

Not that specific one, I tried the speed form and not a great fit.

what has been said is that the BMC one is the best fit for the convertibles.

Did you check out the CDC Outlaw spoiler? I think it's very similar.

I was checking on this particular one bc it was only $30 shipped - absolute bargain!

Follow up question. From what I hear there are two issues with the spoiler:

1. It hits the antenna when you open the trunk.
2. The convertible trunk ends curve downward a little more than on the fastback.

For #1, it seems you can get the cravenspeed stubby antenna and solve that issue (which I already have).

For #2, would the screws plus tape plus adhesive promoter keep bend the wing appropriately or will it not hold its shape and unstick? If it'll work, is it best to replace the factory tape with 3m or gorilla, or will the standard stuff that comes with it fine?

3M all day long And yes use the promoter, it really helps. I think you should screw it down just because of the curve of the trunk.
