I'm currently running the performance pack 1 setup on my 2018 GT which I know are kind of heavy.

I would go to 20s...say Forgestars flow form 9.5 x 20 in front and 11 x 20 in the rear with either Michelin or Continental 275/35/20 front and 305/35/20 rear.

Will this affect straight line performance? Would I lose a tenth in the quarter mile? I understand that the wheels may be slightly lighter I'm putting on....but would the rotating mass hamper acceleration?

Please enlighten me.

Thank you.

If you want a great looking and performing wheel, get a flow formed or forged 19" set under 25 lbs per wheel.

19 is overall better also for the tire selections.
More choices.
Pp1 oem wheel +255mm tire is 10lbs heavier than a flow formed 19x11 wheel and 305mm tire.
The lighter. The better.

10lbs. per wheel per corner is actually quite a bit. Breaking should improve by a lot and acceleration as well.
