Will Gas Prices Affect Mustang Value?

When I get my mustang GT, it will be my most fuel efficient vehicle. My Silverado gets ~17 mpg combined and my Xterra gets about 16 mpg combined as it sits.

Fuel efficiency is not in the cards for towing and off roading. Maybe a diesel but the cost difference between buying a new truck/suv and fuel savings would take decades to recover.

Certain lifestyles will always require poor MPG vehicles. If the price of gas reduces demand, supply is sure to follow which will likely keep price stable.

The standard GT's fuel economy doesn't seem all that much different than many SUVs to me. But yes, I imagine high gas prices will have many evaluating their next automobile.

If anything I would imagine the prices of NEW cars to go up due to the inflation. However, I imagine you can get a good deal on a private sale car due to someone skeptical on todays rising gas prices. A lot of people are going to unload their gas guzzlers.

I could see the prices of new cars going up. Just like how everything else is going up like groceries and certain products.

I’m in Dayton/trotwood Ohio. Not a single damn person here was working. Literally all the cars here were held on by duck tape and trash bags over windows.

COVID hit, the effect was interesting. Plethora of new (used) mainly and a lot of new cars flooded the streets. All temp tags, 6 months later. All the cars now was dubbed out. Giant rims, blacked out tint, neon lights under glow etc. 15 inch woofers I swear.

Also a ton of motorcycles and dirt. Bikes and 4 wheelers, people was flying up and down roads on these bikes and dirt Bikes etc no plates doing wheelies.

Yeah, I mean it when I say free money. My area is welfare central and it was sadly abused.

I t boned a chic a while back who was one of these new cars, same day she got it. She took left out of right turn to skip 4 cars waiting.

Told me she didn’t have insurance, etc I called cops, then she lied on all paperwork, she had insurance and has false witnesses,

Her story got busted, then of course. She told my lawyer that I didn’t stop due to her skin color.

Kidding me? /entrant. I’m suing her


Just Google trotwood Ohio news… we have gunshots.. car robberies, car jacking.. murders.. everyday here. We literally have zero business because all the stores was looted and robbed so they packed up and left.

We had a guy go into a barber shop and mow people down. None of this makes national news because it’s normal here. I hear gunshots every 2 days pop pop, popopppopop. Then cops

fun, I paid 12-15 a gallon in 2010 cant remember exact amount in Dutch Harbor Unalaska. granted, its a tiny ass island, and everything in 1 spot. you dont need gas there, 1 gallon goes a long way. no idea what the prices are now. but yeah, it was balls high.

Everything is right there, but if you was bored, you could drive around the island at like 15mph and it goes up and down the hills. pretty land.

I spent a thousand dollars on a dinner there for me and my gf, "grand Aleutian" hotel. the food came right off the boat (fresh seafood) my god it was amazing. nomnomnom you can see the grand alueitan hotel in left middle of pic, the red roof is the hotel. I met the deadliest catch crew back then and everything, and one of the guys tried to pick me up not joking.
