I found a good deal on a brand new Stage 3 VMP Odin tuner kit. The Stage 3 is considered a "race port" and gives you an extra 2 lbs of boost in the upper RPM range, these blowers shine with smaller pulleys spinning the blower above 16K. My question is if I am running the standard 3.5" pulley, not allowing the blower see it's true potential, will it hurt the performance vs a non-ported Odin with the same pulley all other things being equal? Or will the performance between the 2 be relatively the same?

it could. Ask to see a before/after dyno of the car/engine with the ported blower. The company that does the port should be able to answer that for you.

The green line in this one, vs the blue line is a ported factory blower on a Raptor R (same as the 2650 on the 2020+ GT500, I believe), can't be that much boost since it's still pump gas. PBD did a video on this the other day

Ok so they are using a 2.7” pulley on that setup which is pretty small, I’m betting that is spinning close to the 16K range, some other non-VMP TVS2650 charts I’ve seen put the 3.5” around mid 12K. I’d imagine I’d lose a decent amount of torque down low.

I’ll see if Magnuson can provide more insight.
