Whenever you're installing a part underneath your car, you typically lift the car up, remove the wheels, loosen the necessary parts, install the new one, then tighten everything back down, and then lower the car back down. However, on certain components on S550s and S650s and many other vehicles, the bushings are physically bonded to the sleeve, preventing movement. If you want your suspension to be riding properly and at the correct ride height, then you can't skip out on this step when working on your suspension.

What a great video and explanation. I already knew you had to torque suspension components while the wheels are the ground but I couldn't fully understand why. But this video clears everything up the great thing is that it applies to not just mustangs but all vehicles.
