Why don't comp cams lope on our GT's?

This guy is absolutely hilarious and what he's saying is true.

From what I've read, cams aren't worth it on Coyotes unless your plan is going full NA build and want to squeeze every last bit of power out. Almost $3000 if not more for the cams and install.

Variable Valve and Cam timing thats why it doesnt lope. And why do you want your car sounding like it has a vacuum leak?

I love cam lope! My 2005 GTO with a 111 LSA cam would get compliments almost daily. I bought my Mustang with the intention of one day putting a supercharger, since I've never had a supercharged car, but now I'm really missing my cammed LS2 and thinking about going back to a big displacement pushrod engine...maybe a 392 Dodge this time.
