Evidently there are three dealerships in my area that would be willing to sell me a '16 at about $2,240 over MSRP. The ADM madness is steadily receding. Eventually, this year, I'll find a deal I can live with; even if it is right at MSRP, or a bit below.

I thought it was odd you had to make a choice for seats before selecting the convenience or electronics package. I thought there was only one base seat choice, but they asked which I wanted - I said the SVT ebony, assuming the convenience package would take priority.
The only difference between convenience and electronics is the seats. They're the same other stuff and the same price.
Yes, the orders can be placed now, BUT they won't even start building regular 2017 stangs until June, The Shelby will start about a month or so later. It won't be April, but it may be Nov/Dec.I'm an a waiting list (1st of 3 as of last week) for a 2017 GT350. Dealer said at the time, it would probably be about 9 months before I would receive the car (~9 months from 4/8/16). Whoa, while typing this, the dealership just called. The can put my order in today for 1 of the 2 GT350s they have been allocated. Hurray!
