Who has Satin Black OTT stripes?

Anyone here got the Satin Black OTT stripes as opposed to the flat matte black stripes?

Just wanna see some pics to see how much sheen they have as I'm considering those for my GT.

Mine are satin....but look pretty glossy...much more than matte.

Our "matte black" is actually satin black, more people are familiar with the term matte which is why we call it that. We also have free samples if you would like to see it in person, just PM me your mailing address and any other colors you would like samples of. In the pic below the stripes have a carbon fiber pinstripe also.

Yes, that's definitely Satin Black... you can see the sheen in the sunlight

Is that the exact black color used by the GT350R's?

Also, can you supply these with slightly wider 0.5" wide gloss red pinstripes?

I'd need the entire width of all the stripes to pass under the 400mm (15.6") wide heat extractor vent in my GT350 hood.

Ford uses vinyl that isn't available any where else, so this is very similar but a different brand. Ford uses vinyl from Kay Automotive, we buy from their retail division KPMF.

Hi David, I added some pics of my hood above. I need the total width of the stripes to not exceed the width of the air vent (approx 15.6" wide).

With our GT350 stripes and 1/4" wide pinstripe it clears the vent, with a wider pinstripe you would be really close.

Right, I see. BTW, my car is a GT, not a GT350. Would your GT350 stripe kit be suitable since it's an aftermarket hood and fascia, or would I need to order the GT stripe kit and trim it down to suit?

GT350 kit would definitively not fit, front bumper stripes don't fit the aftermarket fascia kits (we have tried a couple). You would need straight vinyl sections that would need to be cut to fit.

So it's probably best I get the stripes custom made to suit at the time of installation :doh:

I was thinking 1/2" pinstripes, 1.25" center gap between the two larger 6.5" satin black stripes to fit perfectly under the heat extractor vent.

Probably get them to taper the large stripes width to 7.0" wide at the windscreen end, and 6.5" wide at the vent / nose of the hood.

I also have an aftermarket front GT350 conversion, and just went thru the discussion with BWG.
They were a big help, and I went with them because I knew their GT350 kit had the correct OEM widths.
I ordered their standard GT350 stripe package, but they are going to send me uncut lengths for the pieces forward of the windshield.

My installer will cut them to fit.

I got matte black with gold pinstripe, sort of a subtle GT350H tribute.
