Whoever was in the white 2015 (I didn't get a chance to see which motor) in Arlington that flashed his lights at me as you were passing an intersection...and I didn't flash back... I'm so sorry. I wasn't paying attention and was spaced out and missed you till you were already passing.

At this point I have accepted it. And if it goes a couple more days without him seeing this, then I will just live the rest of my days as an asshole and just deal with it. Not much I can do to correct this serious offense!
