I took my car to a dyno a few weeks ago and ran the Whipple cal. I ended up with 663/521 (SAE)

I had Pypes headers, off road pipe, factory resonator, and Flowmaster axle back which everyone said was a power killer (the Flowmasters)

So, I swap the resonator for a Magnafow competition cat back. Now I have an X-pipe and the Magnaflow system. Well, it was too loud so I added two Dynomax race bullets. That is where I am now.

Went back to the same exact dyno today and got 663/501(less tq) again, but with a worse looking curve than before I swapped exhaust. I did turn the knock sensor feature off this time with the Whipple tune.

Different air can swing dynos numbers big time. Don't over think it unless the curve is really messed up.
