Where to locate Wheels

What's the best way to go about finding 2015 Mustang wheels that have been taken off when someone gets aftermarket replacements? Both 17" standard V6 wheels that could be used to mount snow tires but also GT PP wheels that someone else has taken off and doesn't want?

Is it just a matter of watching eBay or is there a more likely location?

I have some local members that have their factory GT PP wheels and tires off I can see if their interested to let them go.
