Where are the Ford Performance tuners?

Does anyone care to speculate when a warranty safe Ford Performance tuner will be available? I saw something saying they'd come out with a warranty safe tune for the 2.3 -- they may have mentioned something about the 5.0 too -- that's been a while now...

Tuning for the 2.3 won't be available till end of this year. Unsure about the 5.0.

There are cars on the road with the tunes right now. Test cars. But they are validatng them. That's good news

So have there been any updates? I know way back Ford did the .99 challenge, and did some in-house tuning -- I still haven't seen anything from Ford tuner-wise though. I would have expected something by now...

Ford Performance said, late in 2015, that the CAI and ProCal tuner would be ready around mid-2016 for the GT and EcoBoost.
