When accelerating moderately or turning to the right the car exhibits a sound that can only be described and felt as wheel hop? When turning to the left the sound or sensation can not be felt, it’s quite strange. The only thing I’ve been able to come up with is the rear diff or maybe a wheel bearing? It’s a rapid thump/bump noise sensation. Car is lowered on BMR sp080 and I’m running 19x10/11 wheels on 285/305’s. Any ideas?

My car a PP2, has a similar stager, factory.

With cup2s, have had that hop, but the tires were cold and the temps 40*s.

Was coming from the front end, so with that thought in mind.

I ask, have you had the alignment 4 corners check lately?

Yep alignment is spot on and tire wear is normal.

wheel fully cranked over? or just shallow turn?
Just a shallow turn while giving throttle. Same as in straight line. Requires mod throttle or brisk. Does not do it light throttle

My guess is you are hearing the Torsen diff. My car does the same thing. Changing the fluid mitigated it a bit, but not much. Stickier tires will accentuate the sound.

My guess would be the drive shaft bolts. If those are tight I would make sure to see if there is any play. The see if the yoke has any play. If those are all good the could be brakes, suspension or the wrose case diff issue
