Be careful when choosing drilled rotors particularly for heaving braking use, track days, etc. Even though the holes should be chamfered to prevent cracking problems, it can still happen under heavy use due to temperature variations around the holes. Notice that the new GT 500 and I believe the newer GT 350's have solid rotors relying more on rotor core design for cooling than cross drilling. If pad gas venting is seemingly an issue, go with slots instead of drilled. If performance is less of an issue...go with whatever is priced reasonably and looks good.
