When I got my windows tinted (3M ceramic IR), the installer said to mix water with baby shampoo in a spray bottle when they need cleaning. Cheap and has worked great so far. I use 2 mf towels for the dry, initial wipe and final dry.
My installer here in Florida also said the only thing he uses and recommends for cleaning
tinted windows is a SMALL amount of Johnson's baby shampoo in to a spray bottle filled with H2O preferably distilled, and use a new or dedicated good quality micro fiber cloth. Works great!
