What to look out for when taking delivery?

So if all goes well, I will be trading my 2013 Focus ST in today and picking up a 2015 premium magnetic GT 6 speed manual. The car is being driven from a dealer 45 miles away to mine here. I have been to the other dealer and seen the car in person and checked to see if all the panels are aligned properly, and it looked pretty good. Anything else I should look out for?

check the rear glass and the roof to see how they are aligned. Usually the left top corner of the glass is lower in relation to the roof than the right side. Some came badly aligned. Mine is slightly misaligned but you can hardly see it.

Yup, I checked that and didn't see any issues there. Along with the trunk and hood. Very very slight misalignment on the hood, but not enough to bother me

Panel issues, front bumper, doors, and rear bumper.

On my car the rear bumper is misaligned. I didn't catch it until I did my first wash of my car, and ill have to schedule an appointment with the ford body shop.

Also for some odd reason, my cup holders don't light up.
