What to know about getting wheels repainted?

Hi. Thinking of getting the PP black wheels repainted or powder coated (ie.-gun metal, aluminum, something else).

I've never had that done before. What should I look for when trying to find someone to do that? I'm worried about a poor job.

Or, does anyone know of a good place near Philly? I'm in Bucks County.

I have had it done and a friend of mine has recently had both his Aston Martin wheels and his custom Mustang wheels done. If you want it done right the wheels should be stripped and powder coated. Expect to pay upwards of $100 each.
